Bristol Wellbeing College

A place of learning - for people and carers interested in improving their mental health and wellbeing.
Our Wellbeing College offers a wide range of free courses and workshops including sessions on Confidence Building, Mindfulness and Building Resilience.

All our tutors are fully qualified, and a number of them have their own experience of mental health services. The workshops are for people living in Bristol who are receiving support from any organisation within Bristol Mental Health services or are carers.
