We run a number of services in the community which help people find the hope and courage they need to make the most of their health and wellbeing. Our services can be found in BristolNorth SomersetSouth Gloucestershire and Somerset.

Bristol Wellbeing College

Open to anyone in Bristol aged 18+ who wants to improve their mental wellbeing.

Floating Support Service Bath & North East Somerset

Floating Support Service Helps people move out from residential homes or supported housing into a home of their own.

Health Link

Provides homeless people in Bristol with a drop-in service to treat their physical and mental health needs.

Help When You Need It

Provides people in Bristol flexible, tailored support at the right time and place to help keep people well in the community.

Stepladder

Creating spaces for men to talk about their own mental health and facilitate access to local services and support networks.

Next Steps

Next Steps help people make the move from hospital back into the community as smooth as possible.

North Somerset Wellbeing

Wellbeing College style activities and techniques, to motivate and support to help people take a step forward in their recovery journey.

Open Mental Health

An alliance of local voluntary organisations and the NHS in Somerset.

Recovery Navigators

Working with GP surgeries across the South West to support people who are struggling with long-term and sometimes complex mental health difficulties.

Safe Haven Crisis & Recovery Centre

Supporting people who have experienced mental health problems in Weston-super-Mare.

Designed for individuals who need immediate and short term crisis prevention and do not require more intensive care from either an emergency or inpatient service.

Somerset Rehabilitation Team

The Rehabilitation Team supports people in Somerset who have complex mental health issues, helping them work towards their goals, gain skills, and grow their confidence to live their best independent lives.
