Support and Housing
Our housing services help people, including those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, to find suitable accommodation they can call home.
High Support Accommodation
Supported housing (up to four months) for people with complex needs including homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse, mental health problems and offending behaviour.
Medium and long term accommodation for people with a range of complex needs including homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse, mental health problems and offending behaviour who require support to live independently.
Floating Support Bath and North East Somerset
A short term service for people with mental health problems who are either finding it difficult to manage their tenancy and could be at risk of losing their home or are moving into a new tenancy and need support to do this.
Community Support Service
Helping people move out from residential homes or supported housing into a home of their own.
For men and women over the age of 22 including couples, but without dependent children and providing short-term accommodation with appropriate support to help people move on and become more independent.
Move On Navigation Team
Navigators help identify and remove any blocks to moving on to live more independently, such as finding a suitable home and/or the moving process itself.
A support and housing service for adults in Somerset who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and also have a mix of mental health needs, drug and alcohol problems, behavioural issues, debt or have been involved in the criminal justice system.
