Homeless Services
Our homeless services help people, including those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, to find suitable accommodation they can call home. Our services can be found in Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Somerset.
Forensic Team
Helps people who are in secure hospital services make the move back into the community.
Housing First Bristol
Housing First aims to provide homes in Bristol for people with multiple disadvantage for whom traditional homelessness pathways don't work.
Mixed Homelessness Pathway
Part of Bristol City Council's homeless pathways to support men and women into more secure housing.
Step Together
For adults in Somerset who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have complex needs.
The Link Team
The Link Team supports people in Bristol who are street homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness, and who also experience severe emotional distress associated with a mental health problem.
