Our workshops

We have a colour-coded system so you can see which workshops and courses are most appropriate for your recovery journey.  If you’re unsure, we recommend you start with green workshops.

Lighter workshops offering an introduction into various ways to improve wellbeing. They are accessible to anyone, encouraging self-expression and self-care.

More detailed workshops that focus on making positive changes to habits, behaviours and lifestyle. Where a series, we recommend learners attend all sessions.

In-depth courses encouraging self-reflection, long-term planning and progression. Courses require commitment to attend all dates and a willingness to complete homework.

Writing for Wellbeing

In our Writing workshops, we get in touch with our creative side to explore our world through written word. During a time when we may feel stuck or isolated, writing provides a platform to connect with others and discover a form of freedom through expression. Within these workshops, we explore and connect with elements of our being and discover ways to imaginatively engage with our environment. Starting with an easy-going workshop for those wanting to boost their creative flow and increase their confidence with the pen, Writing for Wellbeing aims to help overcome any fears we may have about writing, take our imagination for a walk and connect with each other through the power of words and stories.

Location: Zoom Online Workshop Date: 19 November 2021 Time: 10:30 to 11:30
