About Step Together

We work with adults in Somerset facing homelessness who experience multiple additional issues that make it difficult to use standard pathways. We work with needs such as mental health, substance use, alcohol use, and offending.

We are not a traditional support service

We take into account the impact of trauma and adversity and work with psychological approaches. We seek to establish a safe relationship to help people make sense of their situation and needs, and to make changes when ready.

We work with people's own agenda. We use coaching techniques to help clarify what they want, support with steps on the way, and get around obstacles.

Please be aware, we do not have our own housing. This is not a referral for housing.
