Lounge cafes raise funds for vulnerable people in Somerset

The new Fosso and Fondo Lounge cafes in Wells and Street have raised £2,656.30 for Second Step, specifically for our new service Step Together.

Step Together started in April 2019 and works with people with complex needs to help them out of homelessness and back into the community.

The UK-wide café-bar chain hooked up with us, making a donation every time they sold a cup of coffee.  Aileen Edwards, Chief Executive of Second Step said:

“We are delighted with the support of the Lounges and their generous customers. The money raised will help us work with more than 300 people in Somerset, supporting them to reach their goals, dreams and aspirations.”
