Courses and workshops

Better Sleep

 Online/in-person workshop - single session

The approach of this course is not to cure insomnia, rather it is about self-management techniques to help you to tackle your sleep problems, increase your satisfaction with sleep, and deal effectively with sleep difficulties when they occur.

Building Resilience

 Online/in-person workshop - single session

This course helps you explore how you respond to difficult situations and the coping strategies you use. We’ll look at behaviours that may hold you back, identify ways to build your ability to bounce back and better manage life’s challenges.

Managing Anxiety

Online workshop - single session

This workshop explores what anxiety is, how it affects the body and mind, and the role of the nervous system. You’ll learn and practise simple techniques such as breathing and grounding exercises to help reduce anxiety and support your wellbeing.

Managing Intense Emotions

Online course - four sessions

This workshop series helps you understand emotions, why we have them, and how to manage strong emotions when they feel overwhelming. You’ll learn practical tools to recognise, manage, and soothe emotions, along with skills to cope in difficult moments and communicate your needs more effectively in relationships. You can attend the full series or pick individual workshops to start with.
