BSW Young Person's College Booking Form

We welcome young people aged 18 to 25 living in or registered with a GP in Bath, North East Somerset, Swindon & Wiltshire (BSW).

If you would like someone to accompany you to any of the courses you are interested in, you are welcome to invite your support worker, a family member or friend. If you wish to do this please add their name to the Additional Support parts of booking form.
