BSW Community Grants

The Community Grants Programme is funded by the BSW Integrated Care Board, and will award grants to grassroots or community organisations across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) to fund mental health and wellbeing activities.

Applications are currently open and will close on 12 December 2025

Activities funded could include arts groups, physical activity groups, music groups, outdoor space groups, bereavement groups, safe spaces, cultural activities, or other projects to reduce isolation and increase the wellbeing of people with low, moderate or severe mental health needs.

We are particularly keen to fund projects which will reach marginalised communities, however will consider all applications received.
