What we do

Stepladder works with people across Somerset to find new ways for men to connect, support each other and get help when they need it.

We are currently putting together our men only steering group, holding a series of listening events across the county and pulling together resources to make this a really effective online space.  Watch out here for more information.

We want to:

• Work out what’s important locally and focus on that
• Build on what’s already working well
• Keep on learning from others and from each other
• Fund good ideas!
• Share learning and inspiring stories of hope.
