We are looking for an Equalities Expert

Like so many organisations this summer, Second Step was shaken and truly upset by the shocking murder of George Floyd and the disproportionate effect of Covid on BAME communities.

We spent time talking to our BAME colleagues, our partners, clients, friends and each other and know we need to take action and address the underlying racism which exists here in our own organisation.

We’re ambitious about the changes we want to make.

We don’t want simply to update our policies, we want to ensure our new approach and culture are as progressive and inclusive as they can be. And we’re ambitious about the person (or agency) who can help us achieve this.
