Volunteer mentors are matched with service users and work with them on a one to one basis. Together they work towards achieving realistic goals, while developing new skills to build confidence and independence along the way.
We offer Mentoring support to clients from 6 weeks to 6 months. Whether you have a small amount of time, or are after a longer involved role, we are flexible to find something that suits you.
One mentor said: “I wanted to take the opportunity to support someone on a one to one basis, where I could not only build that person’s goals and confidence, but also my own and challenge myself”.

If you have your own experiences of the issues facing service users – across homelessness, mental health, drug or alcohol problems, or using services, and now feel in a place to support others, think about becoming a Peer Mentor.
