Understanding and Managing Emotional Intensity
Starting Tuesday 2 November, 1-2pm, for 8 weeks on Zoom.
This online course promotes a safe and accepting exploration of emotional intensity disorder. It will help people understand emotional intensity, as well as provide emotion recognition, emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills. The course also looks at maladaptive behaviours, how they develop, their purpose and how to replace them with something better. We also explore interpersonal relationships, helping to identify negative relationship patterns and how to help break these cycles.
