Wellbeing Café

Join us in a relaxed café environment where you can drop by and meet with other learners to find out more of what the college has to offer and to take part in example exercises from the workshops.

Exercise is an essential building block of our wellbeing.  Alongside Bristol Active Life Project (BALP) Second Step offer weekly morning and afternoon walking groups.
