Throughout August we are running weekly one hour sessions where people can practice some of the techniques used to develop Mindfulness

Every month we run a big event where people can experience what the college does best in a relaxed environment.  Join us for an afternoon of music, taster workshop sessions and refreshments.  No enrolment necessary.
