Seasonal Art & Craft Workshops

A safe and supportive place to explore your creative side with arts and crafts.  We provide resources and ideas for you to get creative, from making pomp poms, cards, dream catchers or you can free style with some mindful colouring or painting.  You don’t need to be good at art the sessions are about us coming together to promote our wellbeing.

Wellbeing Events

The College's Wellbeing Events are where people can experience what the college does best in a relaxed environment.  Join us for an afternoon of music, taster workshop sessions and refreshments.  No enrolment necessary.

Wellbeing Café

Join us in a relaxed café environment where you can drop by and meet with other learners to find out more of what the college has to offer and to take part in example exercises from the courses over a hot drink and piece of cake.

Exercise is an essential building block of our wellbeing.  Alongside Bristol Active Life Project (BALP) Second Step offer weekly morning and afternoon walking groups.
