Coping with Anxiety

Within these sessions we will explore common causes of anxiety and discover some simple techniques to help relieve the symptoms of anxiety.  Learners will be able to share their ideas and identify ways in which to manage their anxiety in a safe and supportive environment

We will identify some useful tools and actions for you to take away and try out.

Managing Depression

A three session course looking at the symptoms of depression and introducing the idea of achieve, connect and enjoy. Suitable for anyone who has experienced depression, is depressed, or wants to learn strategies to cope with depression.

To attend either of the courses above please enrol here. Please note that we can't accept 'walk-ins' due to pre-arranged group numbers. If you turn up on the day and your name isn't on the workshop register you may be asked to attend on another mutually agreed date.
