We have a number of support services to help you with housing and other related issues. Our services each have a different referral process which can be found on their individual pages. We work closely with local councils to give support but we do not provide emergency housing support directly. Find out more below.
The High Support Accommodation Service provides supported housing for 39 people with complex needs including homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse, mental health problems and offending behaviour. Our fully furnished, supported flats are offered to tenants for four months or 120 days, with a view to moving people onto longer stay, less supported accommodation.
Our Supported Housing Service provides different types of housing for people with a range of complex needs including homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse, offending behaviour and mental health issues who require support to live independently. We offer medium and long term accommodation.
The Bristol-based Community Supported Accommodation Service (CSA) helps people move out from residential homes or supported living into a home of their own.
Bath's Floating Support is a short term service for people with mental health support needs who are either finding it difficult to manage their tenancy and could be at risk of losing their home or are moving into a new tenancy and need support to do this.
The Community Rehabilitation Service specialises in working with people with long-term mental health and complex needs. Its focus is to help people gain the skills and confidence to live as independently as possible in the community.
CSS (Community Support Services) is an innovative service offering personalised support tailored to individuals’ needs, covering Bristol, North Somerset and Bath.
The support team is available seven days a week (depending on where you live) and can be as flexible as clients need – from an hour of telephone support once a week, to a far more intensive support package depending on what suits them.
