Our Tell us what you think leaflet outlines what happens when we receive a comment, suggestion or complaint. There are many ways you can contact us:
- Print of the leaflet and complete the form then post or hand into our main office at Brunswick Square or to your support worker
- Ask for a hard copy of the form from your support worker or they are available at all our offices and accommodation projects
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Phone our main office reception on 0117 909 6630 and they will take down your message and email it to the Complaints Officer
What happens next?
You will not normally receive a response to a comment or suggestion but we will make sure it is based to the most suitable person.
