Comments, suggestions and complaints

If you tell us when we get things wrong and share your ideas on how we can improve, we will be much better placed to provide you with the best possible service.  

Our Tell us what you think leaflet outlines what happens when we receive a comment, suggestion or complaint.  There are many ways you can contact us:

  • Print of the leaflet and complete the form then post or hand into our main office at Brunswick Square or to your support worker
  • Ask for a hard copy of the form from your support worker or they are available at all our offices and accommodation projects
  • Email complaints@second-step.co.uk
  • Phone our main office reception on 0117 909 6630 and they will take down your message and email it to the Complaints Officer

What happens next?

You will not normally receive a response to a comment or suggestion but we will make sure it is based to the most suitable person.

Once we receive your complaint it will be reviewed by our Complaints Officer who will call you to discuss what happens next.  If you have any questions please contact the Complaints Officer complaints@second-step.co.uk or 0117 909 6630.
