Green Sessions

For people who are beginning their recovery and who may be feeling a little lost, helpless or hopeless.
These are lighter sessions encouraging self expression, including through the use of sensory tools and activities.  Cold drink refreshments will be available for these sessions.  If you would like a hot drink please feel free to bring your own along with you.

Achieve, Connect, Enjoy

Achieve, Connect, Enjoy (better known as ACE) is a recovery-focused tool which can help us create a sense of balance in our lives. Through using this tool we can acknowledge what we do well and identify areas for improvement.
