Recovery Plan

Second Step has adopted the Recovery Star. The Recovery Star is an effective support working tool which is designed to support individuals in understanding where they are in terms of recovery and the prgress they are making. The Recovery Star provides the service user and woker with a shared language for discussion around mental health and wellbeing. Second Step has updated it's support plan to incorporate the Recovery Star - it's now called a Recovery Plan.
