Exercise is an essential building block of our wellbeing.   The Bristol Active Life Project (BALP) offers activity sessions across Bristol for people who have experienced or are living with a long-term mental illness

Wellbeing Café

Sometimes just relaxing with like-minded people can help your wellbeing.  Join us in a relaxed café environment where you can meet with other learners from the Wellbeing College to find out more of what we have to offer and to take part in example exercises from the workshops over a hot drink and piece of cake.

Monthly Wellbeing Events

Come along to one of our monthly Wellbeing Events where you will get the chance to spend the afternoon in a vibrant, relaxing place.  As well as refreshments 'on-tap' and tunes from our resident DJ there will be also be free activities to take part in such as workshops, a hand massage, an Indian head massage and a raffle.
