Second Step Recovery College Workshop Tutors

We run a series of taster workshops in venues across Bristol including sessions on Managing Depression, Mindfulness and Coping with Anxiety. All our tutors are fully qualified, and a number of them have their own experience of mental health recovery. The workshops are for people living in Bristol who are receiving support from Bristol Mental Health services or are carers.
